Founded in 1970, Dynamic moved into the Northrim Bank building September 1, 1993. The firm consists of exclusively full-time, experienced associates, who are highly productive and respected professionals.

Owners Jackie Danner and Frank A. Danner provide Dynamic Properties with it’s short and long-term vision. As broker Jackie has experience in all facets of real estate services. Frank is formerly a Tax Partner of an International CPA Firm. Their combined talents of real estate, finance, and business expertise has lead Dynamic Properties in becoming the most successful independent firm in Alaska.

Dynamic Properties is centrally located in midtown Anchorage, at 3111 C Street, one block south of Benson. The office offers a spacious reception area, nine conference rooms, five central work areas, and attractive offices for its licensees.

The management team holds weekly sales meetings to encourage team efforts and to present company goals and objectives. The staff works with highly organized systems designed to encourage personalized attention, and to accommodate the special needs of our licensees and clients.
